LAWS 833 - The Warren Court|

This seminar will study the interrelated changes in law and in society, focusing on the decisions of the United States Supreme Court during Earl Warren’s term as Chief Justice. The course will consider how the “Warren Court” changed constitutional law, and in turn, changed American society.

Prerequisites: None

Note: This course qualifies as a perspective course. It does not satisfy the graduation writing requirement.
